Pickle Pinwheels
Ingredients:
5-Dixie’s Pickles brand whole pickles
5-slices of beef pastrami or salami
1-8oz package of cream cheese
Directions:
1. Pat pickles dry.
2. Lay out 2-3 slices of meat overlapping each other.
3. Spread with cream cheese.
4. Place pickle on the end and roll up it up like a blanket.
5. Chill in the fridge for a couple hours.
6. Take out and slice in rounds.
Serve and enjoy! Try not to eat them all before your guests arrive!
